I think adalat fits in here. After the accident involving Kushi's parents a police case is filed against Malik and Garima is pressurised to withdraw it. It must be this guilt that is playing a huge part in Garima's mind like a sword above her head.

The malice might be Chachaji's, Shyam's sis's, Dadi's.

Chachaji's coz he wanted to have a fling with Shyam's sis (remember Amezing Developers office episode where Arnav slaps one of his employees for his talk against Kushi) for which he might have been slapped by his brother.

Shyam's sis as she was not given a place as Malik spouse

Dadi's coz of the repurcussion on the family and status after all these incidents.

Do these fit ?
