It is possible. Remember after the forced marriage how the presence of shyam get arnav more jelouas and he try to challenge him by irritating him and remember him that khushi is his wife ( ex. Honeymoon dance, holy, ...) It will be interesting to see how arnav will react now as he changes lot with khushi and he does'nt hide his love anymore. It will be such an amazing scenes.
