Best of luck to Deepali in her future projects. I must say my respect and admiration for her have gone up manyfolds for having the guts to leave a SP in such a dignified manner. I'll always remember her as Payal.

I wish Deepaali Pansare the best.
I hope she goes to bag other roles that offer more scope for her talents.

Having said that, I do not agree with underlined.
It has nothing to do with dignity or decency.

Daljeet (at whom a pointed reference is made) looked out for her career, as Deepali ought to have done... and perhaps did.
Certainly, one can put the spin of personal dissatisfaction with the show - from Deepaali's POV - and applaud her for leaving if that was the case.

But if it was professional reasons , especially her role and salary, and she did not even try to negotiate, it is not good.

Daljeet fought for what had been promised, and Deepali chose to walk.

Out of the two, I do believe it is Daljeet who is continuing on in an SP show with larger screen presence.

More often than not, women, especially, do not negotiate for a higher salary/bigger role/better working conditions/etc.

Daljeet held her ground and won, so kudos to her.
There was no taking advantage of the condition of the PH here.
There was no loss of dignity or decency for Daljeet here.

On the contrary, she is a role model for women on how to negotiate for work/career/better conditions and get what you want..

Sure:
From IPK story/audience perspective - bad.
From Daljeet's career perspective - good.

But the former - the story and how it gives more presence to her role - is not in her hands. She had considerable presence last year and because of the positive nature of her role, everyone liked her. The story rests squarely in the hands of the PH and CVs.

Deepali,
All the very best Deepali for your future. Your presence in IPKKND was definitely felt, especially when you told Arnav off when he brought Khushi home after the accident.
You are an amazing actress and has a lot of potential.
Good Luck, dear. Take care and God Bless.🤗
