Anu I don't think Anjali is the kind of the person to change her name, I think she's too traditional for that. Besides, we have only seen Arnav react after hearing his father's name.

We have never seen an extreme reaction from Anjali and we have also seen Anjali casually mentioning her dad 1-2 times.

Even if Arnav changed his name I don't think he would ask or pressurize Anjali to do so.
