Normal pregnancy possible???

hey guys!! im one of the background fans of IPKKND...i follow posts, comments, stories etc,like them but never post so i thought i might post a question that i've been meaning to ask 😛 is it possible, i mean ever possible that a lady in an indian serial have a normal pregnancy term??? 😆 they always have dodgy ones..like their tummies not showing till the 7th month even if she has twins...there is always a lot of miscarriages as well. hopefully khusi has a normal one when she gets pregnant😳
