I think there may not be any miscarriage..not for nothing the last 8 months' story was based on this important aspect of Anjali's life. She may get hurt very badly and the doctor might say survival of the baby is dicey, depends on how well she is looked after from here on. At which point somebody (most probably Dadi) may say if her husband was around she didnt have to see this day.
As always Anjali would get shit scared bcoz of the incident and may cling on to that husband-dialogue part.. which may force Arnav to give in at last 😔
