Hmm I don't know if I am being a part pooper here but I couldn't enjoy the date entirely. They made a fool out of Khushi too much for my liking. There was too much awkwardness. Sure I did laugh at Khushi's crazy antics but I couldn't enjoy the sequence with a whole heart.

But I loved it when she entered the restaurant and Arnav was dazzled by her. She looked good today and thank god they are giving her decent dresses. I guess our demonstrations against the rainbow style worked ;)

The heart melting thing and today's highlight was when Arnav said that he loves her the way she is and that she doesn't have to change a bit for him. I seriously wanted to hug him real tight then. And how cute was it when he said the things which Khushi would've blabbered away.

There were some cute moments but the date didn't work entirely for me. Hope you understand my POV :)

Moreover I felt the date was too rushed and nothing big happened. Grr they could've at least shown a slow grooving dance between them. It was their first date dammit. And what about the ride back home with a good bye kiss from Khushi?! The goodbye part is the most exciting on a date.

Understandable...but going on a date is something new for Khushi...the ambience...the food was new to her so their were bound to be small mishaps...I feel the date was abt her trying to do something for him...to change for him and him not wanting her to change but just loving her as she is...just my POV...

harshu it didn't affect me that much cz i wasn't paying attention to them whenever they tuned to the snake pair..i was by then more worried wondering and cursing in my mind as i was thinking khushi was once again going to be publicly humiliated!
that wasn't done and i am a very happy person tonight cz it was actually a bigger evil to be than the snake couple!!😳

awww i was like 'aww awww aww' by his transfixed gaze as an appreciative glint appeared in his eyes along with possessive pride!...it was clearly saying 'i am proud to be the man to escort the prettiest woman in this place!'

aww then when she tried to fix the little mistake by sweet talking the waiter!! that was my first point of shock!! cz ASR as we had known before would have interrupted and tried to take over and think the interlude as humiliating and thus tried to drag her away!
but the lover in him, the mature man in him who was enjoying his young childish wife, leaned back and decided to enjoy the little show with his eyes alight with laughter as he enjoyed her little antics!! and when she got her own way in the patented 'Khushi Kumari Gupta' line he just accepted it and followed her in!! it was so damn cute!!
lol i loved how she did it too appealing to the better nature of the man telling about it being her first date with her mangethar!! aww cute!!

and when she did the ASR impersonation he was taken aback but decided to sit back and enjoy her having fun, but then asked why she is doing it..
and she said that she was doing it for him as he did for her!! that was adorable!! cz he realized for the first time that khushi is nervous about somethings too...that she is trying hard to fit in and it must be hard for her..

and then the sweet line about 'i love u the way u r' was so beautiful..cz truly it was the childish naive and crazy Khushi he fell in love with, not the sophisticated city girls!

and today the CVs did a good job of handling the status difference cz it actually does exist and it is more than natural that she may feel inadequate at some points as it happens in any inter status marriage..
i hope we get to see him easing her in to his life little by little later..

anyway actually him demanding her about the drink and seeing the extent she is ready to go for him where she compromises even with her own values for him..he clearly allowed her to understand where 'she should' and 'he would' draw the line!
and i truly appreciate how it was done!! cz just telling her before she drank wouldn't have had that impact!!

lol it was hilarious but cute, cz whatever went wrong happened in privacy! only he knew and he was enjoying himself to the max!!! and even the cork incident was so cute cz well lets accept that it can happen to any seasoned person!! not a big deal...so i was fine with it and more than that his sweet 'sorry' to the man on the side!! it was cute!!
and then the way he imitated her!! awww it was hilarious and actually made her smile!! reinstalling her good mood!!

and one thing i absolutely appreciated is, how the bill was settled!!
cz,
1. khushi most likely couldn't have afforded the meal and the rest!
2. they didn't draw attention to it an i am so happy with it!!
3. he took the traditional role of paying for both of them and she DIDN'T make a fuss!! cz she accepted that it is him, her hubby/her life partner.. this time there was no problem once he insisted!

so basically i adored it!! it was very cute!!

so well they totally missed out on a cute car ride, a road side vendor selling pani puri/ice cream and them stopping, and the goodbye kiss on the doorstep!!!

but overall it was adorable!!
