I didn't get a chance to make this post yesterday but I am making it now since I don't think they played pairon mein bandhan hai randomly. This song has really big symbolisms in it that I think are hinting to the upcoming events.

Especially this verse:
jinhe milana hai kuchh bhi ho aji mil jaate hain

dilon ke phul toh pathjhad mein bhi khil jaate hai
jamaana doston dil ko deewaana kehata hai
deewana dil jamaane ko deewana kehata hai

le mein saiyaan aa gayi saari duniya chod ke
tera bandhan baandh liye, saare bandhan tod ke
ek duje se jud jaayen, aa hum dono udd jaayen
jaise sang patang aur dor

It says that those who are destined to meet can meet anywhere no matter what happens... this doesn't necessarily mean it literally. This is saying that Arnav and Khushi are meant for each other and they will overcome all obstacles together since they are meant to be together. "kuch bhi ho jai" -- it doesn't matter what drama happens... the marriage will happen.

The most beautiful part of the song sequence for me was le mein saiyaan aa gayi saari duniyachod ke... the way they showed khushi dancing and arnav smiling right behind her was so magical.

We all know that Arnav can stand up for Khushi since we have seen it but now we are getting to see Khushi stand up for Arnav also. This line indicates she is willing to do anything for him... to be with him. This might be a sign that Garima and Buaji will turn against the marriage but Khushi will marry Arnav anyways... she will break all bonds to have her one bond with Arnav.

Even I liked the part where showed " le mein saiyaan aa gayi saari duniyachod ke." with khushi dancing and Arnav smiling looking at her. With slow motion effect to it, it was really magical.

Yes the song has significance! Even in the movie "Mohobatein" which I saw years ago, that line:

"Lein mein Saiyyan agayi, sari duniya chodkeh, Tera Bandan Bandaliya, Sare Bandhan Torke"

Was sung when the girl left her in laws to come to the guy! (she was a widow, who's husband was called to war the day she got married, if I recall right, and he died, but they said he was Missing in Action. Her F-I-L, made her act as if he was alive!). She had to break all the bonds of her old life to claim this new one, and this new man!

I think the same applies here, which is that Khushi will break all bonds if need be to be with Arnav! It was a magical moment! Loved it!

i already use to listen to this song very often but now i sing it all the time... one of my fav... i know all the lyrics and when this song was played i was really happy..!!!!
it suits both of them perfectly...
