I would have expected this kind of volte face during the end of days of the serial with his total surrender and her total acceptance of what each is to the other and they will ride off into soap serial sunset to live happily ever after leaving us to reminisce over YouTube channels of what once was our escape

This makes me thinking wonder in directions not exactly conducive to the health or state of this thread

This sudden change in ASR is very disconcerting Good Grief they have turned him into this caricature of what teen girls fantasize. His aviators his cravat his ubiquitous smirks his so called blue shirt all these have ceased their initial novelty for me but seem to evoke moronic OMG OMG he is so scorching fainting spells and enthrall them with the hotness quotient and all I can think is ASR ASR wherefore art thou ASR?

This serial is now become a paean for just the worshippers and it aint pretty anymore How the mighty have fallen from a beautiful story for mature adults to a daily Tee hee hee barf inducing wink wink nudge nudge set of scenes for maturing adults Tsk Tsk

He looks like a down market tacky version of ASR not at all the chap who repulsed and attracted me at the same time That chap had class and lan then

I watched this damn serial for 2 of its leads and he broke my heart and died when he made her sleep by the swimming pool

something inside of me just snapped and after that I stopped liking him he became crass and crude with that one gesture no different from the others and have not been able to rid myself of that feeling

That love kissy wissy scene taken as microscopic portion of the serial just for that moment did work for me and heavens both looked very much into each other so fabulous acting from both of them and the much buried forgotten 6 feet buried deep under concrete romantic soul in me did stir up with a great deal of interest and pleasure at this display of amour and just for a fickle second I bought into the concept of this soap love story and wished for a while that life should imitate art so kudos to the director and the actors for turning an ordinary moment into a wishful fantasy

Here you have a smiling Anjali welcoming a shy KKG into the family without them never ever once speaking about Shyam and his role

ASR and Anjali have had no heart to heart about Shyam and her future

Buaji and Anjali never have shared about what happened to Shyam

There has never been a family discussion over the kidnapping drama

Payal and Akash have never broached the subject of Shyam

I found it wacky when Anjali went to KKG's house for the ceremony and everyone hugged and laughed without any awkwardness

ASR and KKG have never ever once spoken about Shyam the PG engagement how he came into her life nothing almost like the whole of last year is done and dusted like his sorry ass excuse

They are so busy wanting to crown him the best husband lover partner male whatever that everything else has become secondary including the story line and all we see are all roads leading to the coronation ceremony and the anointment most probably will take place in the temple so let us get ready to sing the hallelujah praises for the best androgynous bahu of SP and if the movie rumors are to be believed then the end is nigh

All soaps would spend time unraveling the truth letting it out in one dramatic bit after bit to keep the TRP's going but here truth is like last week's mouldy bread allowed to fester and then tossed out into the trash without a second thought and we feel cheated as we saw the stupid fungi make their home there in morbid fascination

I don't think there will be any closure to the past tracks of last year as the creative team has changed and what I am seeing for the last few days are a IF phangurls dream fantasy come true of ASR and a KKG that is a carbon copy of them So am wondering are some of the girls from here on the creative team or are the CV just happily plagiarizing and ripping off what they can by reading us here

I guess if it all it's getting wrapped up, it would be because of Barun's career move into films. It might not have anything to do with TRPs because a lot of other shows with TRPs of 1.5 are still running. The PH knows that NO ONE can play ASR other than Barun and if he decides to quit owing to his movies later this year, it's only prudent they logically end it rather than see it nosedive without him in the show. My intuition is not holding me in good stead; I SO hope, it's wrong this time for collective good. No IPK, no forums and I would hate all that happening dammit

Hopefully they won't come up with another ridiculous track to cover his absence. I just can't take 45 more of barun's leave. I'd rather they give a dhamakedhar ending to the show.
