sadly IPKKND will go down in soap history to actually have sabotaged its own success They had brilliant leads fantastic story an international audience sensible viewers all happily tuning in at 8 and then for no reason I cannot even say they became a victim of their success I think more of the hype and lore that surrounded this show that made them cocky and arrogant and now a classy product is so trashythey should have stuck to the basics instead they butchered all the women characters tried out too many tracks and are now just playing to the IF front benchinteresting case study for business students how to destroy/self destruct a successful product in 180 days
I think not only the creative team but the lead actor, the audience is also to be blamed, now I am not saying its a bad thing that the Lead actor is moving forward in his life and trying to progress his career, I think he was waiting for a successful product to come his way so that he could just use the ladder to go up the next step.
The audience are to be blamed for pressuring stupid requests of only romance, whether it makes sense or not.
The other thing to blame is the lady who wanted sincere attention and ruined the relationship of a brother and sister and also for more screen space ruined her image and probably other actor's image too who came across as people that find their audience dumb, no sense of connectivity and the dekhna hain to dekho attidude came upon all after their TRPs went flying high.
The other thing was, I really have no clue why this happened, are these creative team members a bunch of newcomers? They cant stick to one track, they cant stick to one story, they cant even make sense of how to progress one scene to another, they keep rushing, they just keep repeating same romance over and over again thinking audience is dumb, once a success but twice and thrice is a FAILURE, I really pity them for taking audience to be dumb and would accept anything because the show is POPULAR so even if scenes were repeated we'd love them (which some people did on this forum). They underestimated us and overestimated themselves. Hence the product failed!
