Anyway that was your opinion and i respect it but in my point of view love is smthng that makes u change for the loved one and the change is not for show off but it directly comes from ur heart and u do it willingly,u love to make his likings YOUR likings and Arnav is exacly doing that and am loving it <3 no offence
