Yaar...I'm a south indian..so hve no clue about the big fat north indian wedding...bt all I know is it sounds and looks soo fun!

No sangeet ,i think & buaji said iss baar sangeet nahin hoga jaise uss baar hua tha.don't know but dadi has imposed these rituals this time & going by it ,there is definitely something cooking inside the stopwa mind. really the way she gulped down the anger when anjali was telling, she promise that khushi &arnav won't meet after haldi. think what may happen. Exactly I also want to know difference between roka and sagai...actually Bengali s don't have sagai and rokas.So i don't know them good...

Bengalis have Ashirbad as in Shagun.Sagai as in engagement is not a mandatory custom for Bengalis but people do it.

I evan dont know there where something like Roka Haldi or short of

she dint say haldi is after roka na?

Haldi ke baad hi asli problem chalu hoga. Dadi and Shyam has definite plans. Dadi would want to make sure that Arnav does not meet Khushi.
I hope contract marriage truth comes out before that and also want Garima to threaten Dadi that if she does anything she would spill the beans about something Dark Dadi did in the past which Garima knows about and if that truth is out her reputation might go down the drain. I want Dadi to keep quiet and give her blessing to Arhi because she has no choice. I want Arnav to tell everybody that they are legally married , so if they don't do the rasams it won't seperate them.

Roka, Sangeet, Mehendi, Haldi, Marriage this is the process in hindu marriage. I had same.why did Dadi say that haldi after Roka?
