6 months back.. These hands dragged her to the temple, made her marry him..

telling her..

6 months have gone by in the blink of eye.. So much has taken place in those 6 months.. today when he says..

"apni patni ki haath lagaane ki izaazat maine kisi ko nahi di hai.. Thappad maarna toh door ki baat hai"

"Main sirf itna jaant hoon..Khushi mere saath 6 mahine se rah rahi hai, aur meri patni hai!"

He is told..

"Jise tum apni patni kah rahe ho, usse tumhaara byaah hua hi nahi hai.. Phere tak nahi liye tum dono ne.."

That day he was not ready to give Khushi the status of his wife.. His family members accepted the relations with time..

Now, when he has embraced her as his soul mate and wife, the very people who had accepted her have raised questions and have rejected their marital status..

Coming to the episode

Yesterday we saw Arnav standing aloof, reflecting on everything that has happened so far.. How he has been the cause of every single hardship of Khushi's life.. He realised that HE is the reason why Khushi's reputation is being slandered today.. His decision to marry her in that manner on that fateful night, indeed destroyed her life..

She is the one facing consequences of HIS actions.. He rushes to GH to meet her and set things right between them in his way.. He enters her chamber and startles her.. resulting in her losing her footing and grabbing him for support.. They have their small rabba ve moment and he remembers that he has come to have some serious talk with her..

For some reason the very short segment which followed from then, till he makes her sit on the be touched me immensely..

I found this whole sequence so beautiful.. that it has left an impression on my heart.. She asks him why has come here at this hour.. He replies that there is a matter of utmost importance and seriousness that he wishes to talk to her about..

He puts her hand on the top of hers, clasps her fingers in his, they both turn in the direction of the bed, walk upto the bed slowly, holding hands in hands.. They reach the bed, he puts his other hand on her shoulder, guiding her to sit on the bed.. She leaves his other hand as she sits.. you can see that little finger leaving her grasp at the end.. And sits beside her..

This short scene was LOVE... This was ROMANCE... This was the DEPTH of his regret for putting him through all that he has put her through.. This was the Realisation how badly he had hurt her in the past..

He holds her hand tenderly, carefully.. The action shows the sincerity of his apologies.. The way the camera ha captured this whole scene is aweworthy!! I was bowled over by this simple and most natural of the scenes.. 😊

She is a little confused.. He starts with his apology.. He talks about all the times he has hurt her.. Starting from the day he met her at Sheesh mahal, locked her up, did not let her go to her sister's marriage..let her fall from his office window.. making her life miserable in office.. forcing her into marriage.. Not believing her about Shyam.. Leaving her stranded at the airport..

She tries to stop him in between, but he requests her to let him finish what he has to say.. he finally tells her.. that despite everything I did to you, you took care of me and saved my life.. He does not say in so many words, but the magnitude of gratitude he felt for her actions was evident..

He apologises to her for every time he has hurt her.. He even tells her, that he does not know how many times he has hurt her with his words or actions.. But he is sorry for every one of them..

On seeing this apology I was once again reminded of the scene where he apologises to Lavanya thinking it was Khushi..

"Main Jaanta hoon ki jaane anjaane mein maine tumhe bahut chot pahunchaayi hai.. par woh isliye kyunk, kyunki mujhe kabhi kuch pata hi nahi chalta, but phir jab realise karta hoon, i really regret it.. I really do.. Par Main kuch bhi kabhi jaan kar nahi karta Khushi, main bas aisa hi hoon"

That apology is till date the best apology ever.. Unfortunately it was not heard by her.. Today he has made for every time..

Second thing I remembered was when he talks to her on the phone from kidnapper's den and apologises for hurting her so that he could save her.. He says that though I have said sorry to you.. I will never be able to forgive myself!

Arnav's realisation of his follies have started.. He will be very careful of his actions towards Khushi from now.. He has seen how poorly he had treated her.. yet how forgiving she is.. She did not ask him for the apology.. Even after he did.. she said he did not need to say these words.. She Knows.. And she knows that he loves her a lot.. This acceptance was very important for him.. He was once again overwhelmed by the vastness of the heart of this little girl.. And she became that much more precious to him in that moment!

At the risk of over analyzing I would like to say one thing.. When he hugs her.. in the photo above you can see one lone star hanging and witnessing this heartfelt moment between these two lovers.. That star reminds me of Arnav's mom.. who is finally happy to see her son for finding a perfect life partner for himself.. The one who understands his anger.. Who sees the purity and the love in his heart.. Who returns his love many folds.. the way his mother wanted for him.

I was so lost in that hug.. WOW! packed with so much love and tenderness..His face is relaxed and has a different kind of relief written over it.. 😊
