Arnav's heartfelt apology was definitely the highlight of the episode for me.

However there was something more to his apology- there was an unspoken promise- a promise from a husband to a wife- a promise from one half of a soul to the other half- a promise that arnav made to khushi... that he will always be at her side no matter what.

the CVs are showing us many symbolisms and they are showing us many scenes which are all indicating that arshi's bond is unbreakable... this all seems to be leading to one huge confrontation in which arshi will be together. they will get remarried whether it be with the consent of the others or not. ASR has already indirectly told dadi that he will make sure this wedding happens no matter what.

I feel as if the reason for Arnav's realization came at this time for a reason. He will not make the same mistake again now when the past is about to come out. He knows that Khushi is a gem and he wont let her go.
