I am also as surprised as every one else in the forum as to why Garima was behaving like the way she did...
But hats off to CV's again for making this show interesting day by day...
My thought's
Kushi's parents died in a car accident. Possibly Arnav's dad was responsible for the accident. felt guilty and was taking care of Kushi with the help of Garima. Arnav's mother felt that he was cheating on her and committed suicide.
Garima knows dadi and so does dadi..
Arnav due to the same chucks his father out and his father commits suicide..
Garima when heared about the suicide word from Kushi lost it all and slapped Kushi for supporting Arnav as she may be feeling that he was the reason for an innocent man to commit suicide..
What do you guys think... if anybody else had this idea let me know and please share ur thoughts and like

I think Garima is Arnav's birth mother cuz when Khushi said that his mom committed suicide when he was 14, Garima slapped Khushi cuz she is still alive and that was his stepmom who committed suicide! This is just a prediction! Don't think that's the real story. I'm just guessing.

When a mother comes to know that her child is Arnav the reaction will be different.. It will be some form of happiness on the face, Instead it was she is Arnav's Dadi rather than Arnav is her grandson...
I don't think Garima has any blood relations with Arnav or Kushi... I think the whole story is a pile of misunderstandings...

Yeah these could be true but arnavs dad committed suicide first didn't he? when he was talking to dadi the other day he said his dad took his mom with him? hmm confuse but really want to find out whats going to happen & i dont think that their related that would kill the storyline between arnav and kushi

on the 2nd episode of the show, Buaji says if garima hadn't brought garima's sisters orphan home 10yrs ago payal's marriage wouldn't have got spoilt...

I think Garima took Kushi with her on arnav's dad's request... garima has nothing to do with Arnav... Both Kushi's parents died at the same time and at 8yrs of age you remeber things.. arnav's mum committed suicide first and then his dad... he tells that to dadi that he took his life and before he did that he forced his mum to take her life...

They would never show blood ties between Arnav and Khushi because it would be considered incest and is illegal in India.

There are so many ways the events of the past could have turned out.
