no barriers would be and he must convince the viewers of the love scenes

Ya i also find some kind of hesitation on barun's part...but that may be the need of ASR's character...he is a very reserved kind of a person who had only been an 'angry young man' so far...romance is not something ASR can relate too much until now when he is realizing his love for khushi...may be he needs some more time to open up

Exactly. He is an actor and just because other actors do intimate scenes does not mean that they are cheating their wives or they are bad people.
I did not notice the scene you mentioned but I can say that since Barun is trying his luck in Bollywood , he has to be ready to do more intimate scenes than this. It has nothing to do with loving ones wife. I am sure his wife is supporting enough and DOES NOT care for such things. It's only the viewers who feels that way. I am sure none of the actors or their families have any problems regarding this.

very nice post Mahi.. and I expect healthy discussion instead of roof-top shoutings and shoving from those who cant take dissenting opinions..
the hug lacked intensity from ASR's part big time and that dint go down well with me..
also when he was reminiscing his past ill deeds his face lacked intensity , I had expected much more guilt-ridden expressions. I also mentioned it in Kiran's thread..
Dont know where is the problem , either acting, editing or directing!!
