Agree with you and Prashu.. I too want to see Khushi taking initiative. Its not that that I want to see her prove her love.. That we all know.. But subtle instances where she makes him feel loved. Testing times are coming ahead, so before that the growth and bonding in their relationship should intensify more..

I wrote this y'day I guess.. Don't know much it makes sense here but that's what I felt..

We had the union of souls.. In her heart, Khushi had accepted Arnav as her husband. Two instances where she verbally declared so infront of Shyam. One, where he asks her that why only Arnav can touch her and she answered, "Kyunki woh hamare pati hain" and second, at the time of kidnapping where Shyam manhandles her and calls her giri hui and she says, "Hum aur bhi gir sakte hain kyunki woh hamare pati hain aur hum unse behad pyaar karte hain". After Arnav comes back, she took courage from the confidence he invoked through his words. The way she hugged him beside the pool, stopped him from leaving her side while she slept, gave her silent support at the staircase... She was apprehensive always...

And whatever confidence she'd built up.. All was shunned away by Arnav when he blamed her. Though it was his way of stopping her, yet, the mention of contract broke her. Now she didn't expect her marriage to see the daylight after the contract ended. Add to that the epic love story of Radha-Krishna, they loved each other immensely but could not stay together forever due to lack of pheras. Hence, the hesitation in surrendering to her heart's desire... Her husband... And the emphasis on completing the marriage with proper rituals.

I agree with all of you... thnks Khushi fr bringing this topic...
Its Independence day... day of freedom... bt still v r trappd in norms.. Girl is still blamed fr everything... Customs, Traditions r imp. dey r root of marriage aac to Hinduism... bt if der reason fr separation... v r still living in old society.. whr v were bound with this!!! Every1 has right to choose their way of life ... i dnt say rituals r nothin... God was present in their marriage thn hw it can b incomplete... dey cld hav legally married them... i agree wid asr.. r rituals more imp then feelings?? fr me feelings r...
