I think that it was just some janamashtmi stuff

And the scene was probably to cheer up arnav after the face off with dadi, coz only Khushi with her weird antics can cheer arnav up and bring him to a good mood

Initially that scene where she is pushing the trunk with all her might seemed disconnected... I was wondering how did she get it by the poolside in the first place considering she wasn't able to move it an mm in the scene...

since the scene is before the pooja..lets assume the trunk contained stuff for the elaborate decoration.. ..last year the jhoola was very much part of the celebration , this year it was different.. the unique tableau they had in place for the pooja ...

they just wanted a funny , light comical scene in the same vein as friday's episode...sort of continuation to the worrisome Khushi and teasy ASR mood..
