The episode starts with anjali lying to mami about the ams ,mami who is attuned to her every childs habits does not belive it but does not press on the matter insted asks her about her return from the temple which also anjali makes up an excuse ,
In the room we see a vulnarable man who is caught in the midst of past and the future which is bearing him down when by the pool he sees his wife pulling the trunk, love khushi here, even after having told her and declared to the world that arnav will do anything to help and protect her she still has a habit " i can do everything by myself" only to be obstructed by a gardening spade .
After seeing her strugglr for some time arnav silently removes the spade which leads to the momentum of the box to mve fast and farther away leading the fall of khushi and breaking of a glass.
This whole scene seemed like the past where shyams sister fighting on her own for the truth to come out but its chachaji who give it the right momentum which leads to the lives of mallik's and khushi(who actually is not a gupta ) to scatter.
Then the whole family is assembled for the pooja we see dadi doing all the rituals assisted by payal and eveyone watch on nani dresses krishna and anjali giving the finishing touches with the conch being blown by aakash and hp praising the lord,
This scene showed when shyam does come back coz of dadi and though arnav being the master of the house will be subdued coz of his sister and dadi giving a wrong impression to shyam that he has no choice where in payal and akash will have a role to play with nani supporting them and anjali when the truth comes out giving the judgement .
hp might also be a reason for the truth coming out where in he might assist by keeping an eye on shyam
After the pooja the husband and the lover who is waiting for that time in their wedding where they become one summons his wife to follow him but sees his wife trying to play hard to get makes him athoritatively suggest that she follows him to the room in front of the family members shows the display of arnavs love and possesiveness about khushi ,this was the man who refused to ackknowledge love or allow any person get close to him ,which makes nani ask khushi to take care of her husbands needs
In the room we seea enraged khushi who is upset by his display of anger and athourity in public only to be silenced by arnav by give her a gift and ordering her to change into it ,shows arnav wearing his heart on his sleeve and is not comfortable whit the giving and taking of gifts for his wife with the fear of being let down or hurt or shunned
khushi changes and walks into the room shy and demure as it is a new experience and not used to being dressed so revilingly is uncomfortable tries to hide behinfd the closet , a small sound from her alerst a nervous arnav inspite of his bravado and take a look at her in awe , asks her to come away from the cupbord telling there is nothing hidden between us and walks up to her and leads her to the center of the room ,
Feeling her shyness covers her up with the dupatta and engulfs her in a hug, she too hugs him back accknowledging the love and wanting to take their relationship forward .
he then carries her to the bes and lays her down and inches towards her when she is reluctant again and not sure of the happenings when she sights the idol of krishna and radha and remembers nanis talk about wedding rituals immediately turns down arnav who a tharough gentelman does not proceed
Khushi talks abt the incomplete wedding leading arnav to get very anry as he does not belive in the rituals & ceremony ,for himn it only matter as to what they fell for eachother and their acceptence of each other and not the society
As she keeps insisting about the rituals takes her to the terrace(this scence closed the loop of terrace confrontation where arnav realises his feeling for her and goes to confess but insted sees shyam and khushi) to perform the pheres, carries her as she is unwilling to yet an other mock marriage , she remindinds him that he is doing the same thing he did six months befor in forcing her to marry him by carrying he . when she sights dadi is is dumbfold
arnav sees the reason to her silence and does not let her down when she tries ,trying to tell dadi my private moment with my wife which you are inerruppting leaving a agitated dadi to walk away
Khushi who is scared now as dadi is already miffled with her and shouts at arnav ,who tells her our acceptance of eachother is the only thing important i dont belive in rituals and i have accepted u in my life and I LOVE YOU DAMMIT and that is the only thing that should matter to u as well, leaving a smiling khushi behind coz now she knows where their relationship actually stands as the man no never expresses his feelings has bared out his heart to her
why did dadi come to the terrace?
how much did she hear?
and the overlooming presence of shyams return has just been announced by the blow of the conch
get ready ,pick up your weapons tighten your shields ,war is up ahead
