Koel in this case the glass was broken before the pooja...not after the wedding...yaar...thats why i thought something to do with mother's suicide...

I saw it as the initiation from the groom for completing the marriage i.e. pheras and the reason why he wants to be in the the relationship bcoz he loves her... it does have a tie with the past.. but I am looking at it from the bridegroom arnie's angle... when dadi opens the closet with the truth of their marriage.. Arnie will fight for it and will take the initiative for completing the marriage in a proper manner...

there can be other interpretations also-

-it can also be seen as the illusion of Arnav Khushi's marriage that will break in front of the family...

-can also be looked at as Khushi's intentions backfires as a result of her actions...
