Honestly, At first I thought so too, but not after a while...That lady is too much! Arnav is not that evil.
Arnav might have said rude things to Khushi about her being low class, but he never meant any of those. He said it because it's Khushi + his ego!
First of all he has no problem with lower class people , Hello! he helped Akash and Payal + Preeto.
If he had problem he wouldn't be helping Preeto lol...Who is she to him? No one!
He felt really bad the way Preeto's in laws were treating her. It was visible! He won't be helping Khushi's aunt or mum with grocery and rent. He would care less, if he was rude.
I agree! he is always angry, but not like that grandmother...She is tooo much!
