First i will argue that he is a gem my theory is actually Chachaji was the real culprit behind the others women's fiasco..He would have lusted over her and in the pretext of ASR's dad he would have cheated on her. So the whole blame is on his dad..Unable to clear his name he dies and ASR mom also mistakens. Very muh ektaish and bolly soch of mine ok

Next he is not a gem because eventhough he is married he has lusted over a women..Lust can turn into love but nothing can be justified. You have hurted many innocent hearts. looking at all pointers seems like he wanted to have a double life which ended pathetically'
