They might not have done it. But the morning after scene was kinda weird . I mean the way the placement of dupatta was HIGHLIGHTED or the way Arnav Khushi eye lock happened it seems kinda ODD if it was a normal night. But yeah maybe the PH is waiting for the right moment.
IMO it was a Perfect moment. What could have stopped them really? We gotta give it to ASR though. That man has tremendous SELF CONTROL. I wonder is it really possible for a man like ASR in Real life? NO WAY.

When I watched the scene .. I didn't find anything indicate that they did it ..
She was just shy .. and any girl in her place under Arnav intense gazes ..
I don't think that they even kiss .. first Kiss and consummation are important event and the CVs should clearly show to us that it happened .. we want to celebrate .. 😳

What stopped them ?! I think and I Hope that it is Arnav respect for Khushi ! .. since Khushi told him that she don't consider their marriage a real one ..

yes..even in her dream she gave only Arnav the permission.. This makes me feel that first meeting of theirs, tha is the fall holds a lot of significance..not only did their lives change they kind of imprinted on each other that day!
