I absolutely hate starplus. All their replies are so vague. It seems as if they are just cut, copy pasting their replies frm previous letters to viewers.

Is star plus trying to fool us? I mean dude sending same response over and over again to viewers and then claiming that they respond??? We know what the show is about , you dont need to mention that! Reply what the customer has concerns about and not what is totally irrelevant! What you'll pass on the message? The team made the promo, the concern is that SP wont air it again and again so ??? I dont see that being answered!!! Its annoying me!!!

I think that's a generic reply they send everyone. They don't actually read everyone's emails... they must be getting thousands everyday. But just to be courteous they write back to us even though it's completely irrelevant to the query/feedback 😛

It's frustrating though... your letter was really good! It deserves to get their attention! Maybe resend it? If you get the same response again, you know they're not actually reading it. But if you get a slightly different response with maybe an extra line or two from them, maybe someone did take notice.
