Khushi knows that Arnav is torn between Di and him but doesnot understand that for him sacrificing one for the other will not bring happiness but the opposite. Similarly Arnav does know that Khushi is sad and she likes to see others happy but he needs to connect that to see him happy she is relinquishing her joy and therefore she is sad.
