I think Arnav fell in love a long time ago...He just didn't realize that what he was feeling was love until later, and when he did figure it out (remember his dhak dhak moment), he lost all trust in Khushi. Love without trust is not love...All in all, he felt true love during the kidnapping when trust was restored and all the pieces of the puzzle of love came together.

no he acknowledged his love for khushi on akash and payal's wedding day when he talked to akash about how one wants to lay the world at the feet of one's beloved.

On episode 53. He was thinking about her when Anjali was talking about love. He never told anyone about his love for Khushi. In any case in that episode he told anjali that even if such a girl comes he is going to stay away from her.

he fell in love before marriage: that was more of attraction based love rather than trust based love
before marriage he gave bangles to her out of jealousy,

his falling in love after marriage: more of Trust based love rather than the previous love..., but this time he gave gifts out of love to make her happy!!!

I think Arnav was only trying to tell Anjali that the marriage was not out of LOVE for Khushi but becoz of Hatred that she had an affair with Shyam.
I don't think he spoke abt his feeling before marraige.

He very well knows that it was love all the way😃

Arnav fallen love wid her long back..but never realized or I shud say he was too rigid to accept it..remember the raining nite when he made her work in the parking lot n later saved her from getting hit..though he was pretty rude wid her..but that was the day he started to feel something about her..and he was himself puzzled that..why he's getting so bothered abt a random gal that..! well..it took him a long way to solve that puzzle and finally he acknowledged himself that he's in love and was all set to confess it..but unfortunately that dint happen!

but according to me, arnav had truly realized and admitted that he's in love when he was kidnapped..and over phone he told khushi "I love you"..without even bothering about her proof of innocence..that's when he loved her kinda unconditionally and dint hesitate to show it and his love won over his hatred😊
