Since I have given a one liner in the first thread, I thought of elaborating the episode here on the second thread ..Since 2 days has passed, I am sure I would have forgotten many scenes and perhaps the continuity, let me just speak about the impressions and the scenes that staed in my mind...
After a Long back , I saw the IP turning on its keel and beginning its balancing by bringing back the romance and Family drama and it got the mix right too by keeping the romance in the forefront delegating the drama to the background making the romance vibrant and enriching by its somber colors...Kudos to the team for pulling i off just when everyone were writing off this show !!
The Sunshine girl returns proving that her sunny nature may get eclipsed now and then but the radiance of her sirit will always continue unabated . The Thunder Boy springs alive too once again displaying that for all the thunder and lightning he may create, he will always rain you with his love, drenching you with his attention ...This was an episode where every actors gave their best input ..Be it Barun or be it Payal ..All scored even if some reminded one of AB n Lalita Pawar ... I have always said that although Sanaya needs improvement , she is unbeatable in Comedy and she sometimes surpasses Barun whilst enacting a comedy sequence.. this episode was no exception either ... I absly loved Sanaya and Barun in this episode ...
SOME OF MY FAV MOMENTS ;
Predictably it was the Aarti One ... if Arnav was welcomed in with the Aarati Plate by his wife , then today they took the aashirwad of both the family and the Goddess ...
What I loved the fact was that the subtle highlighting of the relation dynamics between Arnav and the Gupta's ...Khushi is having evil eyes warded off her while Arnav watches from outside.. subtly underscoring that he still has few barriers to break , he is still the Son in law and has not become the Son ... But he will swallow all that fate will throw at him, face it resolutely and eventually win their hearts !!
The second moment was the lessons on winning hearts as delivered by Khushi ... Here was a Man accustomed to ordering his gifts via phone or P.A...Gifting his loved one's the richest and costliest gift ... Then he come's up against a girl who neither cares a tuppence for the brand or the cost of it..one who pays attention to the intention behind the gift ...She slowly takes him through the hoops , making him realize that he has not gifted her anything but has showed off his riches, his wealthy status which she politely declines to accept ...
The expectancy on Khushi's face when she hears the Haa... Haa..Haa which quickly turns to irritation and outrage and Khushi getting miffed by his inability to wish her.. I liked the expressions of Sanaya ...I also loved the delineation of the two society's..Arnav saying Happy Singh while the Gupta's say ..Happy Singhji !!
The contrast between the Young Man who does not have anything to carry on his shoulders and simply basks in the love and affection of the Gupta's to the grumpy Man who has to bear the weight on his shoulders, A serious Man who dare not afford a moment of levity was well brought out by Barun... the change in the Body stance..The face growing visibly tighter and closed when at RM ...What a lovely way of displaying the difference between a Young Man & Man about the house !!
Having learnt the lessons Quickly, Arnav sets to woo his wife and with the unwanted help of NK ...Barun was darn good in this sequence..The quick look of jealousy when he realizes that NK has stored HIS wife's B'day on his Mobile... The arrogance when he says that it is he who who will be spending his life with Khushi , so he himself will decide on the way to celebrate ...I loved this part ...
Next would be the scene when Khushi comes back to the House to be welcomed in by the arati .. She comes in and hands over the weight she was carrying to Arnav who shoulders it..Both stand side by side ..and then she spreads sweetness to one and all..A sweetness denied to Anjali since she still is in her sleep and has not woken to smell the coffee ...
