why didn't Anjali leave with Shyam? edited

If Anjali is so still in love with her husband, why didn't she leave the house with him? Consider this, you consider that man your God, you have blind faith in him and all that is being shown points that she still believes in his innocence. She is mad at her brother for mistreating her husband. If she feels this strongly then it is only natural she should have walked out of the house with him. What was it that stopped her? The shock of it all, the belief somewhere deep in her heart that all that is being said about him is true, love for her brother and other family members or just plain yearning for the leisure that staying with her brother brings to her.
