i think that khushi is doing all this six months contract conversation only because she thinks she is the reason behind anjali's decision to abort and it would be better for her to stay away from this house as i am sure every member of raizada clan would have spoken badly to her after anjali fiasco... so she thought she wud leave arnav for well being of the family... what say?

yes, you have a point there...besides that I believe she have also have another thought about her sister Payal, remember Payal is also married to Akash as well, so I guess she did not want Manorama to keep taunting Payal becos' of her also...

I get a feeling even Arnav will shout at her and may say mean things to her. Khushi will not take it seriously but wil understand the tension in Arnav's mind. She will decide to leave RM and comes up with the 6 month contract.

As per the spoiler by Lovelyme that Khushi doesn't want to leave initially but finally decides to leave as she respects both Anjali and Arnav and she will take all the blame. Also Arnav starts pressurizing her to confess her love for him but she will not give in but Arnav knows deep down she loves him. So the promo looks like Arnav is not on a killing spree and will fight tooth and nail to make her accept him for all their lives

And one more thing - The families are completely unaware of the contract marriage and it should come out in open. Khushi can't be at the receiving end and when she leaves the entire Raizada including Anjali will get to know the suffering and sacrifices that she faced. They will all have FBs similar to what they had when Shyam was thrown out. This is also a way for Anjali to realize about her chottey, mamiji to correct her behavior towards Gupta sisters.

Pretty sure Khushi is not going to give in quite easily, there will be some high voltage drama for sure. Remember, all the loops need to be closed, it can be kept open in the thin air :)
