Judging from the promo, it seems like he meant

Consummation. Even though he doesnt say it, his words are hinting it. They have been attracted to each other since the day they met. And its been a year already, he hasnt even touch her or do anything w/her. Now, he thinks its the right time to step it up and do something about it.

I want a remarriage.

I would not accept it any other way.

No woman worth her self esteem would accept the shoddy marriage and shoddy treatment that has been diled out.

Khushi my advice to you is LEAVE.

Wait for Arnav to woo you, court you, propose to you, and then marry you.

This is no marriage and it doesn't need to be condummated.
