Today's episode to me was a continuation of yesterday episode. It was beautiful with every person character and their relationships highlighted.
What is interesting to see is that Arnav and Khushi who started out with nothing going for them, today have the most strongest relationship. They can sense each others pain, nurture each other, assure each other, support each other and would do anything to bring a smile on each other's face.
Everyone was in character today. Yes ASR was restrained and mellow but after what he has been through I would expect nothing else from him. He is emotionally and physically drained. He just shattered his sister's life and although his reasons were right that does not make his guilt any lesser. Additionally, he also feels guilty for putting Khushi through a lot of pain for no fault of her. As he told Nani, the biggest mistake of his life was to go to Shyam for clarification instead of Khushi. IMO he is feeling a little more guilty about Anjali now because he has not yet justified his actions to his sister and he also knows he is there to support Khushi.
My heart went out to Khushi as well, each time she does not find Arnav near her there is a slight panic we see. She immediately realized he had left in the night and then went to find him and even in the morning there was a flicker of panic when she did not find him in the room only to find him at the poolside. Once again this reaction of her is so natural and I loved that they subtly showed it without being over dramatic.
The scene on the steps where in they give each other support was awesome. No words were exchanged which made the scene so impactful. What I also liked was the back shot of both of them with them looking towards the light. SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL
Anjali is avoiding both Arnav and Khushi for now. I am not sure if she will ignore Payal and NK as well and so will reserve my judgment on that. Anjali being angry is also justified. She feels that she did not have a say in the most important decision of her life. I think deep down she knows what transpired is true but as anyone would she is finding it difficult to accept it and I think unless she see for herself the whole matter would not sink in for her.
Loved how Nani was looped into the whole story and that she believed in Khushi's innocence and loved the advice she gave Khushi to stay away from Anjali for a couple of days.
Now coming to the last scene, loved the way ASR understood Khushi state of mind, like a true husband told her why and where he was going and tried to reassure her that things between them is alright by flirting with her and bringing a smile on her face. WOW what a scene. I also loved Arnav raising his eyebrows when he saw Khushi blush. How cute was that.
ALL in all an amazing episode!!!
Few things I would like to see:
1. I am assuming that the Gupta's will come to the RM, I want Buaji to mention that Khushi was not at all interested in the engagement and she was forced into it succumbing to the pressure put on her by Buaji and her mom.
2. I dont know how the CVs are going to take this story but what I would love to see is Arnav and Khushi work together to mend and build broken relationships in the house. I don't want Khushi to be the sacrificing woman and move to the GH so that there is no further tension in the Arnav - Anjali situation. Here is my reasoning behind this. She knows her husband is shattered, broken and rejected by his very own sister and so in this difficult time of his life leaving him would not be right.
Additionally, IMO this would be a very new and novel way to show this
