I agree, too much dragging, long drawn out over three episodes, and in the end, it wasn't really worth all the wait. khushi and payal were utterly humiliated and their respective spouses didn't react or react fast enuf!! i mean why shud khushi plead her innocence in front of arnav then only he slaps him!! hasn't she done enuf??!!still he was confused!!! 😡😡😡
yes he slapped him but only after poor khushi had to go through so much and still the family members have doubt on her!😡

but again ASR is man of few words...by the way slap is not the ending ...its just the beginnning...beginning that he'd not tolerate anything against his wife ...not even frm his family members and he doesn't need proof for that!! he didn't react at once though he very wanted to bcos he was thinking of his beloved di and probably her unborn child too but seeing tears in khushi eyes and her pleading he couldn't bear it anymore!!

Maybe I look at this in another way. He was worried about his Di's health. He didn't want to even talk further but Shyam didn't let it go because he felt he was winning and ASR had to react. He had to react with minimum words because he didn't want to let his Di know the whole truth of what a scumbag his brother-in-law was. I think he is going to disclose the truth of his marriage to his family sans his Di on Monday and maybe that is the reason they will let Khushi go after the 6 months end because everyone would know that it was a contract marriage.
