Moreover, Arnav is trying to put together all pieces of the puzzle/mystery.. If u see he even has a very deja vu kinda smile that Khushi is proving it that Shyam is a kameena.😊

Exactly! Arnav is not dumb...Shyam himself confessed to him how much he loves khushi and that Anjali is the only one staying in their path...besides we all know he is going to slap Shyam..possibly tommorw...

Just wish he would break Shyam's nose for leaving khushi all tied up to be crushed by Arnavs jeep!
