Progress Points
1. Arnav and Khushi die and come back to life together.
2. Shyam lies again - Mami Jaan not giving up.
3. Arnav returns to RM.
Favorite Scene
Arnav sees Khushi holding onto his vest and smiles.
The fall, The death, The life, The honor
Khushi fell. Arnav lost.
Arnav stood up only with Khushi alive and well.
Wow!
~*~
Arnav saw his worst fears come alive when he saw Khushi - seemingly lifeless. His mind travelled back to the times when Khushi had talked of her death. Even back then, Arnav was unable to take it lightly. The matter of Khushi's death has always meant a whole lot. He saw her hand hanging limp by her side. He remembered that even when she was unconscious in the past, she'd held on to his vest tightly. But now, her hand lay looking lifeless.
He panicked. He would not believe it.
He called her. He ordered her. He pleaded with her. He held her. He kissed her. No amount of calling, pleading, or even medical attention helped. Khushi remained dead.
~*~
It was not until he reminded her heart of his heartbeat, he relied on their union, their oneness - that Khushi responded to Arnav's call.
Her fingers twitched and eye-lids opened to the sound of Arnav's heartbeat. And when he called - Even a nearly dead Khushi could not ignore Arnav's call - she answered. She called his name, and as usual he'd have none of it.
'You don't need to say anything.'
The union. The new life.
Arnav lifted her up and Khushi held on to Arnav's vest. It must have been a relief that he's rarely known. Khushi was okay. She was well. She was back to how she was with him. Khushi was okay. Khushi may not have known what was going on in his mind. His smile said it all.
Khushi has been through this death before. Arnav has been through this pain before.
Not once, but a fair few times.
Would it repeat? Probably.
Some threads are still open ended. Some doubts still need to be put to rest. Some questions are still unasked, some still unanswered. Some understanding is yet to be gained.
~*~
When Khushi fell, her dupatta fell off her. After Arnav revived her, he picked up her fallen dupatta and covered her with it.
Khushi lost her honor. Arnav is yet to redeem her honor.
Would it get worse that this? Probably.
The enemy of Khushi's honor is still alive and kicking. He's made up his mind that if he can't obtain Khushi, no one could. He's heard that Khushi is capable of doing much more for Arnav that she did now.
Arnav needs to restore the honor.
Fear of Loss
Khushi faced the fear of losing Arnav. It was channelized into a drive, a zeal in which Khushi could do anything, but lose Arnav. And she got to Arnav finally.
Arnav faced the fear of losing Khushi. It was channelized into a rage that rained on those responsible for him losing Khushi. And he got to Khushi finally.
Anjali: She faced the fear of losing everything she holds dear. Anjali faced today what Arnav faced nearly four months back. She was told that her husband was cheating on her. She saw her brother in an injured state. Plus, she saw her husband injured. It is more than Anjali can bear.
Anjali actually stopped Mami Jaan from discussing her doubts. She stated quite plainly that if Shyam is fine, then that is all she wants. This is Anjali.
Shyam has cooked up another lie and is looking as though he is getting away with that.
Anjali's fear of losing all she holds dear is upon her and it is blinding her. She refuses to see or hear anything that messes with her perfect picture.
I doubt she'll listen to Mami Jaan or Khushi. I wonder if she'd even listen to Arnav.
The First Signs of Victory
United
1. Arnav left with Khushi one night. They came back together married, but separated.
Arnav left. Khushi left separately. Khushi and Arnav came back separately. They came back united.
If they lose, they lose together.
If they win, they win together.
The fact that they are together, means they are on the road to victory. It may be a rocky road, but they are together.
2. When Arnav left with Khushi, and returned having married her, the actual wedding was shown in flashbacks. Whatever happened between them outside RM, remained between them, and in their memory (till Shyam tricked Khushi to tell him).
Again, just before Arnav entered RM, Khushi stopped him and told him the name of his kidnapper. Arnav asked for proofs. Again, the actual conversation between Arnav and Khushi may come in as flashbacks. Whatever happened between them, is between them.
3. When Arnav and Khushi returned to RM after their wedding, they returned with a misunderstanding and confusion.
Now, they have returned with understanding that does not even need words. A look between themselves, a small nod of the head and all communication that was needed is done. In place of confusion, there is trust.
Interesting!
1. If Khushi was brave for Arnav, she looks braver with Arnav. Ever since she has been revived - the fact that Khushi revived only when Arnav relied on their union and oneness - Khushi seems to have a little more of ASR's characteristics in her.
Khushi is sharing important information - things that are crucial - with Arnav.
Khushi is focusing on the right thing at the right time. She decides to tell him the kidnapper's name before they enter RM. She does not want ASR to enter the house without knowing that his enemy is within the same house.
Khushi is already on track to prove herself faithful to Arnav.
2. When Khushi told Arnav that the kidnapper was Shyam, he asked Khushi if she was sure. The moment Khushi said that she had not misunderstood anything and she was sure that it was Shyam - Arnav did not need any more confirmation for himself. He believed her.
His question about proofs was for 'sabke saamne saabit karne ke liye' [for proving to everyone else].
He only asked it so that he could prove it was Shyam and then get Shyam the rightful due. However, if any solid proofs are there or not, it is yet to be seen.
On the Ledge
Ah!! The goon was on the ledge as much as Khushi was. Khushi wrenched herself free and leapt towards Arnav. The goon pulled her back, she lost balance and fell down. The goon got away.
Ouch!
Note to self: Look out for this one.
Looking forward to...
1. Anjali's reaction to Arnav's trust in Khushi as opposed to Shyam.
2. NK's entry.
3. RM's stand.
4. Mami Jaan's stand. Somehow I feel that perhaps she may be the first one to understand that Khushi was tricking Shyam (perhaps thanks to NK).
5. Shyam's reaction to Khushi's apparent revelation of truth - by default, he places himself above all. More lies coming, which might tar Khushi's image (hopefully not).
On the Lighter Side
1. Dr. Arnav Singh Raizada is really efficient. He can bandage small cuts, he can remove glass splinters and bandage wounds, he can nurse a girl when she has fever, and now he has graduated to life saving care. The chap can be taught!
2. Shyam went and hit himself. Wow! Why does anyone need to waste their time in bringing him down? He can do it so well by himself. Next time, Shyam, you can ask Fandom for Great Ways to Hurt Yourself.
3. Today RM hit a hat-trick in terms of players returning injured back to the pavilion. First it was Shyam who got cried over and fussed over. Then, it was Khushi who came home looking battered. Finally, Arnav took the cake when he entered looking as though a truck and rolled over him - though the attitude and ego were intact.
4. In the view of all that happened, Payal and Akash were the most expressive.
Payal: Khushi! Khushi! Tum theek to ho na. [Are you okay?]
Fandom: Payal darling, for once open your eyes. Does she look alright from any angle?
Akash: Doctor?
Fandom: er... isse kya hua!! [What's wrong with him?]
Precap
Khushi dropped the bomb on RM-waasis. The count of casualties is still uncertain. Perhaps, the RM is going to see more players returning injured.
And by the way, someone needs to hold Anjali from all four sides. She's prone to collapsing.
On a serious note, if Khushi blames Shyam and is unable to prove - OUCH! (and that might happen!)
