Dekh technically soch toh Khushi ka hurt hona banta nahi hai ...

if khushi is hurt it can be only for 2 scenarios..

1. Sanaya wants leave 2 & it out of show for a bit ... toh phir hospitalization

2. they want to hold on Full exposure of Shyam .. & divert every1s attention there .. ( again very stupid move .. because its a big risk .. backing out from full / partial exposure now .. audience wil get majorly pissed) ..
