Well, I think he was Arnav in Promo not ASR.
What I think is that he described Arnav's emotions in that short scene perfectly.
Although, I thought he lost his charm during kidnapping part well a little, but when he turns into ASR then nothing to worry about.😊
Lately Akash is more like ASR than Arnav.

ur right something was missing i think problem was not barun it was promo somewere they messed up mixed old scene with new one so in a way it looked horrible.

since we all know this track was introduced for barun absence we know kushi will reach home with abhi tweet pic so in a way asr crying looked fake to us not with barun acting he is good in his work friday the smirk when kkgsr scene was asr style only .actual scene will be different this promo is to rise trp.
