ASR in the hospital fighting for his life? What? That is what they should have done instead of rekidnap but not now. He could have said ILU to Kh before coma and she cud have realized her love.

If ASR is in the hospital, it is so the family can act against Kh without a defender but why will she be at home instead of with him. I think NK gets hurt otherwise how is there the MU even for a short while.
