Promos are normally very different from the actual episode/scene.
Don't concentrate so much on Arnav's expressions and moves etc because we always get it wrong. He wouldn't hug Khushi back if Shyam had told Arnav everything.
Plus, Shyam wouldn't keep Arnav alive and wait for Khushi to turn up. I hope that makes sense!
God knows what will happen but lets not worry.
Btw, this isn't related but please don't worry so much about the new MU because NK is there, he actually knows about Shyam so please don't worry yourself and others. :) stay calm and don't overreact when Shyam touches Khushi on Monday's episode. She has to save her husband right? so it's ok
