Please refer my earlier mail on the company policy on employee discount scheme for the procurement of product.

Mam just wanted to highlight some concerns that we at our department have regarding the same:

If a 1 year free supply of the product is given to employees .. employees could overstock the supply in the first year & then STRETCH the supply to forthcoming years ( a popular tack used by our esteemed competitors the other "TEL LENE JAO " company "4 LIONS".

Possible Solution: All our individual bottles should come with a definite "expiry date" after which our product is not SAFE & ADVISABLE to use ... & after which the product becomes "STALE"... i am thinking this strategy would not only benefit our company but would also be an example for the other "TEL LENE JAO" company "4 LIONS" who distribute their products even after the products long past sell by date & long expired palatable date.
