Manal he is writing it behind the restaurant bill and the kidnapper guy must have bought the food near by and there are no more temple bells or train sounds, which both have figured out. So the address in the bill will help her, provided she gets to read the note. If CVs want to drag this further, they can make Shyam read it and eventually bore and kill us.
