I wont compare it with the holi sequence because BS was there - sanaya was there and the story line was awesome! The TRP fell because of the IPL and now its reviving. Give it time and it will come back with a bang and then become consistent!

No Anna, i don't buy the excuse of IPL for IPK TRP fall. BV gained and beat us during IPL. so IPL was never the problem. In fact this year, IPL was never a threat to soaps and bollywood unlike last time.

Post holi, why do you feel that episodes were great? Because,IMO individually episodes were very good, but no interesting track! Only arhi, arhi , arhi! But it did not attract new viewers and did not make the fickle viewers stick to the show either!

Ex. my MIL switched to BV that time and she is slowing rediscovering the lost love now😆. She does not watch IPL

Happy Birthday IPK...🥳 This is what I posted in another thread..and just wanted you all to read through...my emotions for this show...😆..you will realise why I am so mad about it...😆

why I love ASR-

Well lets see..I see traces of myself in him..yes I do see..I am impulsive and I get angry and do things that I regret later and I know how it feels when you never want to hurt the ones you love but end up doing exactly same..I saw this man on screen -it was fiction but somehow felt his pain ,his helplessness..I was never active on forum bfore though I had been a member since 2010 but this february I did what I never expected of myself..I posted,defended him as I felt that I was defending myself..just coz I never wanted anyone to see him as bad..just as I dont want anyone to see me bad..I am a human too and I make mistakes too..I regret and repent too...but as this fiction ..I dont have nerves of steel as this man has..so yes when I see him standing up after his heart has been bruised and battered..I realised that this is what everyone should do in real life..Stand up and pick up lying pieces of your heart and face the challenge...I think I wrote a lot.😳 but I cn never match your skills in it..

Why I love this love story-

I have never seen such a beautiful love story on television atleast ..yes its unconditional..I dont ever find this to be love/hate story..this was always a love story for me...I have seen it as difficult love which man always wanted to give to his girl but circumstance and sometime he himself plays hinderance and is unable to give what his heart has in abundance to a girl who always dreamt this man to be her prince charming..always wanting him to love her..to see one trace of love in his eyes for her..but alas fate she is unable to get it...hopefully their difficult love story will see a happy end...

looking at other nonsense serials.. our IPK shld be atleast at NO.2/3, not where it is now!

CVs release too much spoilers thru FB and SBS/B
and then read too much comments
and then change the script!!

No One .. I mean No One can predict what will work on Film or TV ... u can do research & more research u can come up with twists & turns every week & still not get eyeballs & people interest ...

Hum itni asaani se yahan review karte hain ... discuss karte hai ... the process is not simple yaar ...

Its not easy to understand audience mind set & nuance ... aisa ho to .. koi serial flop nahi ho .. koi film flop nahi ho ... The whole business is Tukka business ...

U are looking at high points from TRP POV i am looking at it from story movement POV ... its sad that these failed to garner the eyeballs ... but whatever increase or decrease of TRP ... all this is interconnected ...

I agree with you too much exposure on internet is spoiling the essence of the show ... but i can understand where Gorky is coming from .. IPK is an old serial ... channel will not spend money on promotion ... so all the promotions will have to be generated in 0 cost format ... internet audience is easier to tap at 0 cost ... news channel reaches audience in 0 cost ...

See they are trying to attract audience to talk about the serial .. make them rethink this serial .. hence so many news leaks ... once the TRP stabilizes to 3 - 3.3 they will stop giving so many leaks ... then promos will do the trick ...

he he..to tell you the truth.. Shyamu most of the time is a luck by chance villain especially after diwali. So he alone doing it... is a little unbelievable for me. But if they can justify it with valid reasons I am ok. Or else...Shyamu + someone else combo would be good😉

Hahaha yeah.😆 Honestly, I can crib/rant/criticize all I want but this show is still the best one on air for me. Not a lot of shows can retain this much interest in viewers even after one year. They really hit a jackpot with the lead pair, ensemble cast, and of course the story.

you know tanu words kum pad jathe hien when I speak about IPK. I don't know why I love this so much and I am ready accept any track where asr and khushi s in one frame . But surprisingly the whole cast is amazing including laskhmijji (yeah with due respect)and HP too . Only one thing, which annoyed so far was bubbly. But still I will love it till its end.
