Doubts on Shaam

In the prOmo when they show Khushi gettin hit inthe head why dont they show the face I mean we've seen all the kidnappers and almost everyone knows it Shaam who kidnapped Arnav but why did they hide his face. That got me thinking who is that person ... Giving me doubts on Shaam maybe someone helping him ... SO CONFUSED !!!
