1. As inferred from Naniji and Khushi dialogue, Arnav when he realizes that Khushi is innocent (we don't know if right now he knows the complete truth. His confession of love to Khushi just completes
"Is pyar mein kuch sahi nahi kuch galat nahi, sirf yeh sach hai ki maine hamesha tumse ..." from Heer Ranjha. Love conquers all especially when your life is in danger, all it matters not to leave these emotions unsaid to your loved ones. And very important ---- During all these evil MU, there has been one consistent behaviour of Arnav - of taking care of her and being worried for her --- be it when she left RM house and he went for searching or when needle pricked her finger. So the truth is he is aware of his emotions for her and as an angry young man he will go out of his way to save Khushi from the goons. Also after airport scene he might have started believing her, yet the enormity of the truth -- of her innocence and the punishment he delved out her ---- has not hit him hard on his face. When they escape from the goons and may be because of some more revelations happening he will know the truth and then his repentance will start.
2. If you really think very logically, Arnav's behaviour post Payash marriage stands out very tall from Khushi's pov stands quite tall because
(i) Arnav was made to believe by shyam, about so called affair. Till that moment Khushi and Arnav had not confessed their feelings for each other and Khushi was not 100% confident of her feelings or his feelings. At least Arnav knew of his feelings for her and that is why he felt so much betrayed and meted out such a severe punishment to her. Fine, he should have asked Khushi once but he preferred to believe his BIL whom he had known for many more years. If we overlook Arnav's mistake of not asking khushi ( just as Khushi herself didn't ask arnav but decided arnav guilty of "in love with Lavanya and planning to murder Khushi) , Arnav didn't do anything wrong purposefully. Khushi could see how Arnav himself is suffering as he made he to suffer.
(ii) Secondly during this entire "NAFARAT ka Era", Arnav continued to take careof Khushi, there were so many rabba veys telling her that he is also her knight in shining armour and not to mention how safe she was from the snake. During GH visit she also saw his softer side, how he saved her friend's marriage and how he bonded with her folks --------in spite of her so called betrayal>
3. So Khushi will forgive whole heartedly. But Arnav will try to punish himself.
If Khushi loses some part of memory, I hope Arnav doesn't try to push NK towards Khushi as he should know that when Khushi regains memory (which is quite possible) she will be for a bigger shock.
If Khushi loses her part of memory and Arnav woos her again it will be wonderful because now we have Khushi post sangeet who is still not very clear of her feelings and she should give a little tough time to Mr. Arnav Sing Raizada. This will be really interesting track ------ with all sangeet , mehandi and proper marriage.
This track of wooing Khushi, can happen even in the case when Khushi doesn't lose any memory but then she will give in too easily. May be in this case it will be different type of romance post marriage mature romance!!!
