Speaking for myself, there's nothing that suave Arnav Singh Raizada needs to do to win me over. I succumbed long ago and at very first sight to those soulful eyes and groovy lips and quicksilver tongue and tender strong mien and okay, maybe I should stop right there or Mrs Raizada could turn nasty.
There is one more thing which could turn her nasty. Here is a page from the fan site of Arnav Singh Raizada, where his fans (both boys and girls) regularly post his topless pics, notifications on his every move and their opinions on how he should lead his life.
Note - FB denotes fan boys and FG for fan girls. Here are the preposterous things they posted!
-On the day he met Khushi Kumari Gupta-
FG 1 - He held her in his arms. Sigh!
FG 2 - I know. That is so not fair. I should have been there.
FB 1- No, it should have been me.We would have looked so good together.
FG 3- *Posts a pic of ASRs torso*
After that everybody forgets what they were about to say, staring at the picture in fascination.
-On the day he met Khushi for the second time-
FG 1- She has no chance with him. What with those clips and shiny embroidered suits.
FG 2 - I wish he would look at me like that. His gaze is so intense.
FB 2- Dream on.
FG 2- Don't be such an ass.
FB 2- Don't be so gullible then.
FG 2- *Bursts into tears*
Everybody glares at FB 2 and tries to console FG 2.
-On the day rabba ve was played for the first time-
FG 1- *Swoons*
FG 2- * Swoons*
FB 1- * Swoons*
No words were required.Actually no one was conscious enough to speak them.
- On the day Khushi wears a red sari-
FG 1- Why is she not wearing clips today?They were my only hope that he wouldn't notice her.
FG 2- Look at the way he is staring at her.Grrr...
( Next day this girl was found in possession of a voodoo doll with loads of pins sticking out of it, it looked eerily like Khushi.)
FB 1- Today his preferences have been made quite clear...
FB 2- I know. There is no hope left for us now.
-On the day Khushi marries Arnav-
FG 1- What the!
FG 3- What? Why? How? When?
FB 1 (to FB 2)- Hey buddy wanna go out for a drink?
FB 2- Sure.
FG 2 (Staring at Khushi and Arnav's marriage picture)- Why this injustice god?
Epilogue
FG 1 & 3 fortunately found an ASR lookalike - Barun Sobti. FG 2 turned atheist that day and hasn't been seen since then. FB 1& 2 have found their soul-mates in one another and have been living happily (at least till now)
The website closed down when it became quite clear that ASR had eyes for only one woman.
And in case you are wondering about me, well I haven't given up yet. Hope springs eternal.😆
