Just logged in & the first topic I saw was the one created by 4lions... I read the note(if it can be called that) from Gautam ... and you know what I am trying to understand right now is where is all this coming from? I mean should not he be focusing on getting the story back on track rather than worry about why the forum is praising only Barun or Sanaya & not the CV's?

I do agree that he has all the rights to get his points cleared & I quite understood the point that the entire team works really hard & not just BS or SI but still I would have appreciated his note if it was done after getting the story on track.

PS -- I just read on this forum that how the story will be focused on Arnav-Khushi milan now that the 1st year anniversary is approaching ... honestly I don't care about the anniversary & I can hold on to see the romance but am going to be really upset if we don't see any redemption track of Arnav's ... I was really waiting for that since this whole marriage track had started.
Sorry to rant on your thread Smritz but am just depressed in general (don't know why ) & on top of it I have recently started wondering why the hell did I get obsessed with a bloody Hindi serial ... i mean its just a soap right 😕

Sorry man, I really like your sense of humor on most days but its not professional to complain to your customers about your woes EVER!! Its not how business is done.

Take the good ideas this forum generates, use them to your advantage and create a good product and story line.

Reach out to your viewers with humility, build a good relationship with them. Don't antagonize them, don't patronize them and don't be condescending to them.

After thinking about this and reading various posts and talking with meera30 and maybe falsely believing I have the time to give a proper response while studying, here are my two cents.

First of all, you guys do a great job - the whole team and we are thankful and appreciative of that. It's just that Sanaya and Barun and the rest of the actors are the face of the show and hence quite understandably, or so I would believe, get the most direct appreciation while the "bashing" goes to those who we believe make the product and yes it is sad but true that in the latter case, the distinction between actor-maker is more understood than in the former.

Anyway, coming to criticism take it with a pinch of salt and realise that those who criticise are also the reason for the many well deserved fan based awards adorning your shelves. We love the show with equal fervour and being told that we shouldn't invest emotionally in it is right of course but may be detrimental to your own product because had it been a purely consumer based relationship, it probably wouldn't have been this strong.

Dismissing all of our criticism as bashing will do you more bad than good because honestly some of it can make your product better like the Bubbly fiasco which in the kindest words was one of the worst tracks I have seen in a while - a very sensitive issue treated terribly.

This show is close to us as I am sure you intended it to be, so take the love and the criticism it leads to with a pinch of salt. Your audience is wide, the tastes are different, the reactions and their response would be too but what is identical at the core of the issue is that everyone loves IPKKND and wants it to do well. This may lead to emotions going overboard but that results in both good and bad. When you don't complain about the good, should you crib about the bad?

well said very good post...being a very good show..u should make it out well take the positive points alone and apply to the show..for none of the show did it..becoz we just love our show..the show is urs .actors , the whole team is yours..y can't u see the open loops and makes them to close..

i agree with you , it is CV baby Sanaya and Barun are just the performers ,we will drag them as it is all there fault not the actors they do what it is giving to them . if you give them bad thing for eg the pump scene with their performance they made it a worth worth watching scene . there are many example.

CV's dont hide behind Sanaya and Barun.
