Does ASR know that Khushi's innocent OR he doesnt?

After that oh so beautiful and memorable telecon last night, I have been consumed by this thought:

So, finally does ASR know that khushi was innocent all along?? Would shyam ever tell the truth to ASR??? Well, one never knows with the stupid cupid!!! He loves to gloat big time, all the time!!! And he may have thought, that nothing can be sweeter than revealing the truth about Khushi's innocence to ASR just before killing him -- it would make ASR feel even more miserable about what he had done...And shaym would feel mighty glad just to see ASR squirm even more...

Or, did ASR say I love you, forgiving and forgetting what Khushi did to him and anji in the past, only because he thought this was the last time he was ever speaking with her?? Hence, he poured his heart out thinking that he would never meet her again, and let go of all the previous bitterness and hatred...

Somewhere, I feel that maybe ASR said I love you, because he wanted to -- not because he knew the truth about Khushi's innocence...After thinking a lot, i feel, that maybe ASR does infact NOT know the truth about her yet... Because, if that was the case, dont you think he would have also said, 'i am sorry' and then followed it up with an 'i love you'?? His feeling of regret about how he wronged Khushi would be far greater than his need to express his own feelings first, right???

Gosh, the more I think, the more brain dead I am... 🥺
