I was thinking the ILU can stem out of three reasons:

1) Bitwa thinks he is gonna go to bhaggu jee soon enough and hence wants to say ILU before he dies..

2) Bitwa went all smart and said ILU to biwi, knowing very well biwi will know something is very wrong..Not only because he said ILU, but also because it was a simple "Khushi, I love you", not the expected "What the? I Love you DAMMIT!!!"😆

3) This one is a long shot, bitwa has somehow found out that biwi was innnocent and its his jee-jaa-jee who was the lech, and now his LOWE for her is overflowing, hence the ILU..

If its the 3rd option, then further MUs won't be a problem, but if its any of the other two, then yes, shayad MU pregnant hokay aur ek baby MU payda karrne wali hai..

Clue dene ke liye ILU kehna zaroori hain kya? having said all that Kudos to Sobti for showing that helplessness and gilt so well in a 10 sec promo
