in public she calls him arnav!!!!

n she has started calling khushi khushiji probably from the day i thnk she came to know that she works fr arnav!!!!!

she did. Like someone said above, she calls him chottay and he gets mad because some employee is there. So it's arnav outside I guess. I like the way she calls arnav, it sounds sweet... :)
I didn't notice khushi khushiji.

Does anyone ever call him Arnav?

Anjali/Nani= Chote

Garima/Buaji= Arnav betwa

Shyam= Salei saab

Mama/mami= I forgot what they call him but its definitely not Arnav alone

Akash= Bhai

Lavanya= ASR

Employees= ASR/Sir

Khushi and Payal = Arnav "ji"

In the future, I'd like for someone (preferably Khushi) to actually call him by his real first name...it sounds nice!

That's SO true! Like...even when I think "Arnav" in my head, it sounds so strange because we've almost never heard anyone call him by that name. But I really do want to hear someone calling him Arnav!
