Could Arnav be hiding out at Gupta House?

Do you think there's a slight possibility that Arnav disappeared by himself so he can investigate in peace, and as his hideout, he didn't choose some random hotel room but went to the Gupta House? He could also ask Amma Buaji whether Shyam really did stay there and get engaged to Khushi?

Maybe the whole point of the Gupta House track was to make Arnav so comfortable somewhere else so he could go there and hide? And of couse, he must have sworn them to secrecy...

And then he sent ol' big Fatso to investigate RM.

What say?

really confuse with all these and will wait atleast to see a promo of Arnav..I think first they will give us a ovesome promo about where about Arnav ...
