Clearing One Misunderstanding, to Create Another?

So, there are tons of topics predicting that Khushi will in fact get Arnav to sign the papers, and that's why they're waiting at the airport for him. This does seem like a valid prediction, however, is not like Khushi attempting at clearing their first misunderstanding...only to create another misunderstanding between them? This one where he could possibly lose so much?
